How it works
-
Apply to the mentorship program as either as a professional mentor or a student. Meridian will review your application and will contact you within 1-2 weeks. The student application for Winter 26’ will close on November 15th, 2025. The professional mentor application will close November 1st, 2025.
-
Mentees will be matched as closely as possible with a mentor who is a professional in their aspiring career field and can provide the best advice and mentorship to them. These mentors are professionals so we encourage students to impress!
-
Mentees will then be given the contact information and other resources to communicate with their mentor and should schedule at least one meeting a month with their mentor. Meridian will also conduct a monthly reflection survey and provide other resources throughout the semester.
